  • Freelance Journalists We maintain a roster of freelance journalists globally for reporting on Iranian politics and public policy, economy, culture, human rights, local issues. We are looking for journalists fluent (reading, writing, and speaking) in Persian and/or English, with five or more years experience in journalism or related fields, and with extensive knowledge of and contacts within Iran. Our ideal journalists understand writing for the web and social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. Knowledge of multimedia reporting is welcomed.   • Consultants in Project Management and Design We maintain a roster of experts for occasional short or long-term assignments managing projects or designing new project concepts for funding. We are looking for creative self-starters who are able to develop and implement projects in a challenging environment, collaborating on cross-cultural teams that work both in-person and virtually. Expertise in one or more of the following fields is required - journalism, media development, human rights, civil society, governance, community development, and the arts.   • Consultants in Social Media Management We maintain a roster of experts for occasional short- or long-term assignments to assist our projects with social media applications to maximize our audience reach, engagement, and retention; design methods to survey our audiences, and; integrate social media with our monitoring and evaluation efforts. We are looking for knowledge of multiple social media platforms, an ability to adapt to rapidly changing audience dynamics; and the ability to collaborate with cross-cultural teams in person and virtually. Experience and understanding of journalism, media development, human rights, civil society, governance or community development is important. Persian and/or English language skills are required.
